Влияние модификаторов на пористость цементного камня

Abstract

Проведен анализ исследований влияния модифицирования на основные физико-технические свойства отвердевших цементных материалов, в частности, на пористость цементного камня. Дано объяснение тому, что высокие физико-механические, гидрофизические свойства и долговечность модифицированного коллоидного цементного клея в значительной степени связаны с получением гидрофобизированной поровой структуры камня, в которой полностью отсутствуют седиментационные поры и поры воздухововлечения. Для обеспечения высоких физико-технических характеристик цементного камня (прочности, плотности, морозостойкости и др.) были предложены составы модифицированного коллоидного цементного клея, позволяющие получать цементный камень высокого качества. В работе представлены результаты, свидетельствующие о том, что предлагаемый модификатор позволяет изготовлять цементный камень высокого качества с улучшенными характеристиками прочности и плотности.

Analytical studies have been carried out to investigate the impact of modifying on the basic physical and technical properties of the hardened cement materials, particularly, the porosity of the cement stone. An explanation has been given that the high physical-mechanical, hydro-physical properties and durability of the modified colloidal cement glue, to a large extent, are related to the receipt of hydrophobic porous structure of stone, which is completely free of depositional and air entrainment pores. To ensure high physical and technical characteristics of the cement paste (strength, density, frost resistance, etc.) there have been proposed compositions of the modified colloidal cement glue, allowing to obtain high-quality cement stone. The paper presents results showing that the proposed modifier permits to produce high quality cement stone with improved strength and density.
