Abstract

В статье разработан модельный инструментарий ресурсного обеспечения модернизационных проектов периферийных территорий. Предложенный инструментарий является универсальным и позволяет непосредственно моделировать и оценивать конкурентные преимущества региона.

The paper developed a model toolkit resource support the modernization projects of peripheral areas. The proposed tool is versatile and allows you to simulate and evaluate the competitive advantages of the region.
