Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема максимального раскрытия резервных возможностей организма, повышения физической работоспособности и выносливости, исключающей при этом негативные последствия для здоровья сотрудников специальных подразделений. Перспективным немедикаментозным является метод курсового проведения сеансов дыхания подогретыми кислородно-гелиевыми смесями, который представляет несомненный интерес для медицинского сопровождения сотрудников специальных подразделений.

The article describes the problem of maximum development of reserve possibilities of the body, physical performance improvement and endurance, thus excluding the negative consequences for health of special department employees. The method of the course performances of breathing heated oxygen-helium mixtures is perspective, not medication, which may provide the absolute interest for medical support staff of special departments.
