Экспертный метод прогнозирования при разработке целевых программ и планов

Abstract

Предложен новый экспертный метод прогнозирования МЭС (метод эволюционного согласования решений). МЭС представлен как способ организации коллективной работы людей для принятия единого согласованного решения. Показаны правила и алгоритм взаимодействия. Представлены достоинства и области применения данного метода. А также разработана и предложена сетевая компьютерная программа для реализации экспертного метода.
