Abstract

В статье рассматривается опыт организации международных отношений в сфере энергетической безопасности на уровне ВТО и региональных интеграционных объединений. Исследуются международно-правовые гарантии обеспечения энергетической безопасности на региональном уровне. Определяются модели правового регионализма в сфере энергетической безопасности.

In article experience of the organization of the international relations in sphere of power safety at level of the WTO and regional integration associations is considered. International legal guarantees of maintenance of power safety at regional level are investigated. Models of a legal regionalism in sphere of power safety are defined.
