Системно-ситуативный подход в профессиональной подготовке сотрудников ОВД

Abstract

The article considers the system and situational approach to professional training of the Internal Affairs agencies’ officers within the professional reliability program. Basing on the national and foreign experience the author characterizes the main implementations of the system and situational approach to professional training, and attempts to outline the tendencies of the system and situational approach to professional training in the Russian MIA.

В статье рассматривается системно-ситуативный подход к профессиональной подготовке (ССПП) сотрудников ОВД в рамках программы профессиональной надежности. На основании исследования современного отечественного и зарубежного опыта дается характеристика основных вариантов реализации ССПП, осуществляется попытка обозначить тенденции ССПП в МВД России.
