
The paper gives an analysis of categorical and conceptual apparatus and principles of public-private relations, of aspects of the federal and regional legislation in this sphere. Attention is drawn to the search for a new format of interaction between regional representatives of political and business elites with the imperative to develop a coherent conception for the main issues in this field.
В статье дан анализ категориально-понятийного аппарата и принципов государственно-частных отношений, аспектов федерального и регионального законодательства в этой сфере. Внимание обращается на поиск нового формата взаимодействия региональных представителей политической и бизнес-элит с императивом выработки целостной концепции по основным позициям этой проблематики.
