Abstract

The article has described and illustrated the various ways for the turnings on roller skis, including: "step by steps" when moving on the plain; "stride" on the ascent; "on parallel roller skis" in the downhill; "emphasis" for cautious descent. It recommends the exception of movement by steps when cornering on the descent to ensure the preservation of balance. It shows the techniques for cornering on different reliefs that contributes to keeping the speeding and reducing the risk of falling when moving on roller skis.
