Abstract

Leading risk factors of development of occupationally caused and chronic dust pathology of lungs are established. 30 workers the dust-risky professions and 56 patients with chronic dust pathology of lungs are surveyed. It is shown that hormonal and metabolic violations, changes of immunological reactivity with formation of syndrome of the system inflammatory response against mitochondrial insufficiency are developing in dynamics of dust influence at workers of dusk-risky professions that pathogenetically causes the development of dust pathology of lungs.
