Abstract

The article discusses the formal aspects of forensic psychological examination, the author focuses on observing both the formal rules of registration of forensic psychological conclusion of the psychologist and the need to comply with the basic requirements for registration of an expert opinion expert. Expert opinion as any psychologist's conclusion must be above all verifiable. This requirement provides for compliance with the psychologist the necessary procedures for further verification.
