Abstract

The authors analyzed newly arising risks, associated with growth of capital-labor ratio in healthcare institutions as a result of government programs. It is revealed that repair costs of expensive medical equipment are dominant in unexpected expenses structure. It is recommended to explore the possibilities of insurance in order to maximize the efficiency of public investments.
