Каротиноиды лепестков цветков Chelidonium majus L.

Abstract

В работе методом ортогональной хроматографии и УФ спектроскопии определен состав диэфиров ксантофиллов лепестков цветков Chelidonium majus L. Диэфиры ксантофиллов представлены производными лютеина и двух изомеров лютеоксантина. Объект отличается тем, что диэфиры образованы не только насыщенными высшими жирными кислотами (от лауриновой до стеариновой), но и олеиновой кислотой
