On the basis of the historical records analysis the development trends of the criminal law influence in the Russian criminal law and legislation are displayed. At the same time the author places the special emphasis to the issue of the criminal influence content and its dependence on different historical periods of the society and state development.

На основе анализа исторических документов выявлены тенденции развития уголовно-правового воздействия в русском уголовном праве и законодательстве. При этом особое внимание автором уделяется проблеме содержания уголовно-правового воздействия и его зависимости от различных исторических периодов развития общества и государства.
