Abstract

В ходе вторичного анализа мотивов поступления на государственную службу и факторов эффективности деятельности государственных служащих было выявлено противоречие мотивируют поступать на государственную службу нематериальные факторы, в то время как де-мотивируют повышать эффективность работы материальные факторы. В этой связи автор предлагает рассматривать в качестве одного из направлений совершенствования нематериальной мотивация государственных служащих к труду совершенствование показателей оценки эффективности профессиональной деятельности государственных служащих. Отмечается, что необходимо установление корреляционной связи между эффективность деятельности служащих оплатой их труда и их карьерным ростом. Исследование проводилось на базе территориального органа ФАС России Управления Федеральной антимонопольной службы по Ростовской области.

During the secondary analysis of motives for admission to the civil service and factors of efficiency of civil servants activity the study identified some contradiction non-material factors motivate to admission to the civil service, while material factors demotivate to improve the work efficiency. In this connection, the author suggests to consider as one of the directions to improve non-material motivation of public servants to work improvement of indicators of an assessment of efficiency public servants professional activity. The author notes that it is necessary to establish the correlation between the efficiency of employees' activity, their payment and their career development. The research was conducted on the basis of territorial Administration of FAS Russia Administration of the FAS Russia in the Rostov region.
