Abstract

В статье проводится анализ лишения специального, воинского или почетного звания, классного чина и государственных наград как единственного дополнительного вида наказаний в российском уголовном праве; высказываются предложения о совершенствовании его правовой регламентации.The article analyzes deprivation of special, military rank or honorary title, class ranking and state awards as the only additional type of punishment in the Russian criminal law. The author makes suggestions on improvement of its legal regulation.
