Abstract

Статья посвящена сравнительно-правовому анализу правового статуса трудового коллектива как субъекта трудового права в трудовом законодательстве Содружества Независимых Государств. В процессе исследования выявлены достоинства и недостатки в законодательстве СНГ, сформулированы рекомендации.

The article is devoted to a comparative legal analysis of the legal status of the personnel as the subject of employment law in labor law sitve Commonwealth of Independent States. The study identifying HN advantages and disadvantages in the legislation of CIS, formulated recommendations.
