Abstract

В статье анализируются некоторые проблемные вопросы уголовно-правовой характеристики и квалификации заражения ВИЧ-инфекцией, предлагаются рекомендации по совершенствованию действующего уголовного законодательства, регламентирующего ответственность за преступление по ст. 122 УК РФ.The article analyzes some of the problematic issues of criminal legal characteristics and qualifications of HIV infection, offer recommendations for improving the existing criminal legislation regulating the responsibility for the crime under Art. 122 of the Criminal Code.
