Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы, возникающие в сфере заключения договора поставки с торговыми сетями. Автор делает свои выводы, основываясь на проведенном анализе нормативных актов, судебной практики, коммерческой практики, в частности на примере правового заключения договора поставки с торговыми сетями.

The article deals with topical issues in the sphere of delivery contracts with retails. The author makes conclusions based on the conducted analysis of regulations, litigation, commercial practices, in particular on the example of legal delivery contracts with retail chains.
