Анализ помехоустойчивости информационно-измерительных систем

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы помехоустойчивости информационно-измерительных систем линейных перемещений на основе лазерных акустооптических интерферометров. Показано, что оптоэлектронные информационно-измерительные системы передачи информации эффективно работают при условии, что соотношение «сигнал/шум» на входе приемника излучения превышает некоторое пороговое значение. Работа информационно-измерительных систем при пороговых режимах мало изучена. Тенденции изменения динамических погрешностей и погрешностей от шумов при уменьшении инерционности информационно-измерительных систем противоположны. Показана экспериментальная зависимость интенсивности лазерного пучка от измеряемого расстояния для информационно-измерительной системы. Представлена разработанная схема для определения действительного значения длины волны лазерного излучения для интерференционных измерений. Показано, что использование акустооптического модулятора в качестве устройства воспроизведения эталонных линейных перемещений повышает точность измерения действительного значения длины волны лазерного излучения.

In article are considered problems to noise-immunity information-measuring systems of the linear displacement on base lazer acoustics-optical interferometer. It is shown that optometrist-electronic information-measuring systems of the issue to information effectively work provided that correlation «signal/noise» at the input receiver of the radiation exceeds certain threshold importance. Work information-measuring systems at threshold mode little is studied. The trends of the change of dynamic inaccuracy and inaccuracy from noise at reduction inertia information-measuring systems opposite. It is shown experimental dependency to intensities of the lazer bunch from measured distances for information-measuring system. The designed scheme will presented for determination of real importance wavelength lazer radiation for interference measurements. It is shown that use acoustics-optical modulator as transcriber of the master linear displacement raises accuracy of the measurement of real importance wavelength lazer radiation.
