Abstract

Application of the method of moire patterns obtained through electronic microscopic means enables to have topography of magnetic field of any configuration. The suggested method allows faulty and proper items to be sorted by coefficients of symmetry and square of dark parts of moire pattern.

Применение метода муаровых картин, полученных средствами электронной микроскопии, позволяет получать топографию магнитного поля любой конфигурации. Предложена методика, определяющая бракованные и годные изделия по коэффициентам симметрии и площади темных частей муарового изображения.
