Современные методы оценки функционального резерва печени в резекционной хирургии органа

Abstract

The factors promoting development of liver failure in postoperative period at extensive resections of liver are presented in article on the basis literature review. The existing techniques and classifications for assessment of functional condition of liver are also presented, the need for the complex solution of this problem and identification of significant criteria on resectability of liver masses of various etiology is shown.

В статье на основании обзора литературы представлены факторы, способствующие развитию печёночной недостаточности в послеоперационном периоде при обширных резекциях печени. Также освещены существующие методики и классификации для оценки функционального состояния печени, показана необходимость в комплексном решении этой проблемы и выявлении значимых критериев резектабельности объемных образований печени различной этиологии.
