Abstract

In the article the legal regulation of bail in the Code of law written in the 18 th century by Astrakhan Armenians is analyzed. The mentioned institutions, a legal position of the lender and debtor are also described.

В статье рассматривается правовое регулирование поручительства в Судебнике астраханских армян XVIII в., указываются институты, получившие отражение в нем, а также правовое положение кредитора и поручителя.
