Abstract

В статье рассмотрены наиболее существенные черты и особенности проектов создания корпоративных информационных систем для крупных, территориально распределенных корпораций, проанализированы основные проблемы и причины неудачных внедрений, показано их влияние на эффективность проекта, обобщен личный опыт участия авторов в подобных внедрениях.

The paper considers the most essential characteristics and specifics of corporate information systems development. Authors bring forward the most common problems and reasons of deployment fails, considering its impact of project effectiveness through their own experience of such deployments.
