
Major factors of geopolitical influence on the forecasting process of social and economic development of Russia"s territories and, especially, Siberia, are considered. The research of the modern views on international relations" future development in the world community carried out. The conclusion on necessary principles of forecasting of social and economic development in modern conditions is drawn. The recommendations on the development of innovative technologies in particular directions are given the necessity of mental and ethical and moral education of the people of Russia and Siberia in particular on increase of morally-ethical and moral level of the people of Russia and Siberia in particular is emphasized.
Рассмотрены основные факторы геополитического воздействия на процесс прогнозирования социально-экономического развития России, и в частности Сибири. Проведено исследование различных представлений о будущем развитии международных отношений в мировом сообществе. Сделан вывод о том, какие принципы прогнозирования и стратегического планирования социально-экономического развития необходимо использовать в современных условиях. Даны рекомендации по развитию в Сибирском регионе инновационных технологий в конкретных направлениях, а также обозначена необходимость морально-этического и нравственного воспитания народов России, и Сибири в частности.
