Факторы профессионального "выгорания"сотрудников МЧС России

Abstract

The article discusses the syndrome of "professional burnout"and factors of its formation. The aim of the study was to identify the psychological characteristics of the personality of employees of the Ministry of emergency situations as factors that facilitate or hinder their professional burnout. It is noted that burnout is present among all the respondents, only in varying degrees of severity, one of the personal factors which is the introversion as the trait. The conclusions about the need to develop new programmes for the prevention, reduction and compensation of professional burnout of emergency workers.

В статье рассматриваются синдром профессионального «выгорания» и факторы его формирования. Целью исследования стало выявление психологических особенностей личности сотрудников МЧС как факторов, способствующих или препятствующих их профессиональному выгоранию. Отмечается, что выгорание присутствует у всех респондентов, только в разной степени выраженности, одним из личностных факторов которой является интроверсия как черта характера. Сделаны выводы о необходимости разработки новых программ для профилактики, снижения и компенсации профессионального выгорания сотрудников МЧС.
