Понятие, система и общая характеристика преступлений, связанных с финансированием

Abstract

В статье исследуется вопрос о нормативной оценке процессов финансирования в действу-ющем уголовном законодательстве. Через призму понятия и видов финансирования проанализированы предписания УК РФ, определена система преступлений, связанных с финансированием. В качестве особого звена выделяется группа преступлений, состоящих в финансировании преступной деятельности; дается характеристика признаков их общественной опасности, противоправности и виновности; определяются модели криминализации таких деяний.

The article investigates the issue of regulatory assessment of the processes of funding in the current criminal law. Through the prism of the concepts and types of financing analyzed regulations of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation, defined system of crimes related to the financing. As the special level distinguished group of offenses of financing for criminal activity; describes the features of their public danger, illegality and guilt; defined model of criminalization of such acts.
