Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме административных барьеров в правоохранительной деятельности органов внутренних дел. В статье обосновывается правоохранительная направленность процесса предоставления государственных услуг и направления преодоления данных административных барьеров. В статье затрагивается проблематика оценки деятельности сотрудников органов внутренних дел по предоставлению государственных услуг, а также обосновываются основные направления преодоления административных барьеров в правоохранительной деятельности ОВД. Авторами статьи характеризуются организационно-правовые аспекты проблем, связанных с возникновением административных барьеров, а также обосновывается роль общественного мнения в оценке данного вида деятельности.

The article is devoted to the problem of administrative barriers in law enforcement bodies of internal Affairs. The article substantiates the law enforcement direction of the process of providing public services and ways of overcoming the data of administrative barriers. The article addresses the problem of the estimation of activity of the staff of bodies of internal Affairs in providing of public services, and substantiates the main directions of administrative barriers in law enforcement Department of the interior. The authors are characterized by organizational and legal aspects of problems associated with the emergence of administrative barriers, as well as a role of public opinion in the assessment of this activity.
