Эпидемиологические и клинико-иммунологические особенности течения герпес-инфекции у жителей города Томска

Abstract

The article presents the results confirming a high level of herpes simplex virus infection among the inhabitants of Tomsk. The percentage of children infected with herpes virus from the first months of life has increased. Clinical recurrences of herpes infections can cause malfunction controlled flow of the allergic disease (allergic rhinitis, bronchial asthma) being under control. It is necessary to recognize the role of herpes viruses in population's immunity changes as well as reserve capacities of immune system in the new century.

Представлены результаты, подтверждающие высокую инфицированность вирусом простого герпеса жителей г. Томска. Увеличился процент детей, инфицированных герпесвирусами с первых месяцев жизни. Клинические рецидивы герпетической инфекции приводят к нарушению контролируемого течения аллергического заболевания (аллергический ринит, бронхиальная астма). Необходимо признать роль герпес вирусов в изменении популяционного иммунитета населения и резервных возможностей иммунной системы в новом веке.
