Abstract

Aim: to study the changes in the biological properties of staphylococci under the effect of the clean flow of negative aeroions and laktobacteria. Materials and methods. The method of the study of the adhesive properties of staphylococci and the method of determining the anti-lysozyme activity have been used. The action of the clean flow of negative aeroions on the culture of staphylococci and in the mixture with the laktobacteria has been applied. Results. Adhesive and anti-lysozyme activity is higher in strains, isolated from the transitory carriers. The flow of negative aeroions suppresses an increase in the staphylococci, decreases the indices of adhesion, the anti-lysozyme activity of staphylococci in vitro separately and in the presence of laktobacteria. Conclusion. The application of probiotic agents and aeroions can be evaluated as a new approach in the prevention of staphylococcal carriage.
