К вопросу о понятии и признаках административно-правовых режимов

Abstract

In the article the author analyzes existing in the science of administrative law approaches to the definition of the concepts and features of administrative-legal regimes, relates these concepts and features, formulates its own position on the issue. The author suggests methodologically to investigate administrative regimes through the analysis of their concepts and features.

В статье автор анализирует имеющиеся в науке административного права подходы к определению понятия и признаков административно-правовых режимов, соотносит данные понятия и признаки, формулирует собственную позицию относительно данной проблематики. Автором предложено методологически исследовать административно-правовые режимы через анализ их понятия и признаков.
