Региональная система непрерывного педагогического образования: поиск инновационной концепции

Abstract

В связи с необходимостью подготовки педагогов к инновационной деятельности предложена концепция системы непрерывного инновационного профессионального педагогического образования, представленная на макро уровне структурной соорганизацией учреждений, на микро уровне – закономерностями, факторами, принципами. Основной идеей концепции является приведение инновационной деятельности педагога в соответствие с государственной и региональной образовательной политикой.
