
В статье рассматриваются гендерные проблемы управления российскими предприятиями и организациями. На основе проведенных автором социологических исследований обосновываются содержание, специфические особенности и принципы женского подхода к управлению. Подчеркивается, что в современных условиях эффективное руководство во многом зависит не от половых признаков лидеров, а от уровня их профессионализма и компетентности. The article deals with the gender problems in management of Russian enterprises and organisations. The general contents, specific features and principles of the female approach to control and operational business are analysed according to the sociological research carried out by the author. The efficient leadership and management skills in the modern world mainly do not depend on gender but on professional culture and competence of leaders.
