Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам совершенствования медицинской помощи пострадавшим при дорожно-транспортных происшествиях в РФ. В соответствии с программой «Развитие здравоохранения» основными направлениями развития системы оказания медицинской помощи пострадавшим в дорожно-транспортных происшествиях в РФ должны стать создание системы травмо-центров, подготовка квалифицированных медицинских кадров, укрепление материально-технической базы травмоцентров. Важным аспектом реализации мероприятий по совершенствованию медицинской помощи пострадавшим при ДТП в субъектах РФ являются вопросы методического и практического взаимодействия с Росздравнадзором при осуществлении контрольно-надзорных мероприятий за исполнением указанных мероприятий.

The article tells about ways to improve medical care to road accident casualties in the Russian Federation. «Healthcare Development» programme lays down the main directions for the development of medical care to road accident casualties in the Russian Federation. These are the establishment of accident care and treatment centers, training of medical personnel and enhancement of the centers' infrastructure. A significant aspect in the implementation of activities aimed at improving medical care for road accident casualties is cooperation with Roszdravnadzor in the methodical and practical areas when monitoring execution of the tasks mentioned above.
