We study general properties and ties of local automorphisms and local derivations of nilpotent algebras. Also we construct examples of nontrivial local automorphisms and local derivations of algebra of niltriangular n Ч n matrixes (they are completely described in case n = 3) and corresponding subalgebra in the Chevalley algebras.

В статье изучаются общие свойства и связи локальных автоморфизмов и локальных дифференцирований нильпотентных алгебр. Построены примеры новых нетривиальных локальных автоморфизмов и дифференцирований алгебры нильтреугольных n × n матриц (при n = 3 они полностью описаны) и соответствующей подалгебры алгебры Шевалле.
