Abstract

В статье «Государственное регулирование трудовых потоков в условиях модернизации экономики депрессивного региона» исследуется одна из наиболее острых проблем регионов Северного Кавказа – проблема миграции трудоспособного населения, оказывающей существенное негативное влияние на процессы воспроизводства трудового потенциала территории и предлагаются инструменты государственного регулирования трудовых потоков.

The article is devoted to one of the most acute problem of North Caucasus region – migration of labour that could negatively influence onto reproduction processes of labour potencial of the region. The author offers instruments of regulation of labour flows.
