Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of the discretion in law. The article attempts to formulate a concept of discretion in law from the positions of the human-centric approach to law understanding and to single out its basic signs.

В статье сделана попытка сформулировать понятие усмотрения в праве с позиций человекоцентристского подхода к правопониманию и выделить его основные признаки.
