Abstract

Выявляются объективные закономерности, связанные с превращением технологии в базовый ресурс постиндустриальной экономики, а также рассматриваются особенности, характеризующие модификацию природы технологии в направлении ее превращения в сложную реальность, которая, с одной стороны, является механизмом новации и развития, а с другой, представляет собой сферу целенаправленных усилий всех экономических субъектов.
