Перцептивная категория запаха в языке профессиональных дегустаторов (на материале немецкого языка)

Abstract

Анализируются особенности категоризации и вербализации перцептивной информации в сфере профессиональной дегустации вина. В центре внимания находится специальный язык дегустаторов, выявляются отраженные в нем характеристики профессиональной языковой личности.

The article deals with peculiarities of the professional taster language. A new paradigm of modern linguistics in the sphere of nomination and communication is presented. Peculiarities of professional linguistic identity are discussed.
