State-private partnership can be one of the main instruments of regional economic development in the post-crisis period. In this connection the question about the formation of state-private partnership in the Russian Federation is put. Understanding of the term in the Central Federal District and the normative legal framework of state-private partnership are defined, and the main problems and the risks of the formation of the instrument of the regional development are revealed.

Государственно-частное партнерство может стать одним из главных инструментов развития экономики регионов в посткризисный период, в связи с чем ставится вопрос о формировании государственно-частного партнерства в субъектах Российской Федерации. Определено понимание данного термина в регионах Центрального федерального округа, нормативно-правовая база государственно-частного партнерства, а также выявлены основные проблемы и риски формирования данного инструмента развития региона.
