Методика исследования редукции достижений в условиях педагогической деятельности (сорд):методология и технология стандартизации

Abstract

Концептуализирована и стандартизирована авторская методика оценки редукции достижений в условиях педагогической деятельности (СОРД). Диагностический ресурс методики позволяет выявить наличие или отсутствие редукции достижений и реализуется через количественные показатели, отражающие количество выбранных достигнутых и ожидаемых достижений, субъективную важность достижений, интегральный показатель субъективной оценки степени выраженности редукции достижений, которые содержательно распределялись на три группы: карьерные достижения, достижения саморазвития, финансово-экономические достижения
