О новых тенденциях развития системы международного права

Abstract

В статье рассматривается развитие системы международного права на современном этапе. Поднимается вопрос о причинах формирования новых отраслей и анализируется необходимость признания некоторых из них.The article considers the development of the system of international law at the present stage. The author studies the reasons for the formation of new branches of international law and highlights a need of legal recognition of some of them.
