Abstract

The article investigates the specifics of Chinese business culture, which is appeared to be the means of spiritual, intellectual self-expression and self-identification of Chinese businessman and manager personality. In conditions of internationalization and globalization of economics it, on the one hand, fell under the deforming influence of other cultures, on the other hand managed to create a unique socio-cultural, mental, ethic and philosophical system and preserved matrix knowledge of Chinese traditional culture.
