The article The theory of moral degradation in the Roman Republican tradition is devoted to the investigation of establishment and further development of the moral degradation theory in Roman mass media of I B.C., as well as it deals with the perception of social and culture changes from the point of view of both traditionally minded representatives and representatives of emerging politico-philosophical ideas of that epoch.

В статье исследуются особенности становления и развития теории упадка нравов в римской публицистике I в. до н. э., восприятие происходящих социальных и культурных перемен со стороны представителей как традиционалистского сознания и формирующейся политико-философской мысли эпохи.
