Оптимальное размещение и комплектация аварийно-спасательных служб для реагирования на чрезвычайные ситуации

Abstract

Предложена постановка задачи оптимального размещения аварийно-спасательных служб, определения их численности и профессионального состава с учетом характеристик территорий относительно возникновения чрезвычайных ситуаций природного и техногенного характера. Библиогр.: 12 назв.

In this article we propose formalization of optimal allocation problem for emergency services, to determine their abundance and professional staff under consideration of the characteristics of the territories and distribution of possible emergencies. Refs.: 12 titles.
