
Patient X, 142 cm tall, weight 50 kgs, with pathological stigma typical of Shereshevsky-Turner syndrome and with total sexual infantilism, is given a diagnosis of Shereshevsky-Turner syndrome with the inversion X-chromosome. The induction of the menstrual cycle was carried out. A women's period was induced from the age of 26 years old. Extracorporal Fertilization (donor ovigerms with her husband's sperm) was carried out in the Clinic of women's health and human reproduction «MEDICA», Novokuznetsk at the age of 29 years old. Planned cesarean operation was carried out under spinal brain anesthesia at 37 weeks of pregnancy. An alive boy was born, weight 3050 g, height 47 cms, without asphyxia. The puerperal was traced out home with her baby on the 11th day. Breast is feeding. Development and constant perfection of methods of subsidiary reproduction techniques extended bounds of possibilities in treating infertility in marriage.
Больной Х., ростом 142 см, весом 50 кг, с патологическими стигмами, характерными для синдрома Шерешевского-Тернера и тотальным половым инфантилизмом установлен диагноз «Синдром Шерешевского-Тернера с инверсией Х-хромосомы». Проведена индукция менструального цикла. Индуцированные месячные с 26 лет. В 29 лет в отделении репродукции «Медиа-Сервис» г. Новокузнецка проведено экстракорпоральное оплодотворение (донорских яйцеклеток спермой мужа). В 37 недель беременности проведено плановое кесарево сечение под спинномозговой анестезией. Родился живой мальчик, весом 3050 г, рост - 47 см, без асфиксии. Родильница выписана на 11-е сутки домой с ребенком. Грудное вскармливание. Развитие и постоянное совершенствование методов вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий расширило границы возможного при лечении бесплодия в браке.
