Abstract

Modern jurisprudence around the world based on the natural law, which is not very reasonable and the system is not enough for a number of objective reasons. Natural law originated in ancient times, in view of the intention to build the wise laws of the society on the laws of nature. While all of science, philosophy, like all nature were treated with an interdisciplinary position. However, the physical elimination of the Platonic Academy in time changed the views on science, which is split into separate and almost independent of discipline, which dramatically reduced the effect of its practical application. Gone was the natural and scientific meaning of natural law. Today, it is almost no demand. However, the opening of the institute NDSC, which revived the Platonic tradition, the intellectual nature of the phenomenon, which develops on the laws of nature, gives grounds for full recovery of the role of natural law as the foundation of law, as well as the entire academic science and modern innovation economy.
