
In the article provides an analysis of the influence of non-price factors on the demand of private nonfinancial corporations for banking services. Factors divided into four criteria. The analysis was made in dynamics of from 2010 to 2012 based on of data published by the Central Bank of Russia. Determined recommendations to eliminate causes of falling demand of private nonfinancial corporations for banking services and to increase the loyalty of organizations to the banking environment.
В статье приведен анализ влияния неценовых факторов на спрос предприятий нефинансового сектора на банковские услуги. Факторы распределены по четырем критериям. Анализ проведен в динамике с 2010 года по 2012 год на основе данных, публикуемых Центральным Банком России. Определены рекомендации по устранению причин падения спроса предприятий нефинансового сектора на банковские услуги и по повышению лояльности организаций к банковской среде.
