Основные направления совершенствования подготовки водителей транспортных средств как условие обеспечения безопасности дорожного движения в России

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы приобретения права на управление транспортными средствами. Проводится краткий анализ нормативных правовых актов, регламентирующих порядок подготовки водителей транспортных средств. Исследуются проблемные вопросы подготовки водителей транспортных средств, предлагаются рекомендации по улучшению качества их подготовки.

The article touches upon the issues of granting an authority to drive a vehicle. The authors give a brief analysis of legal acts regulating the procedure of the drivers' training. Some problematic issues of such training are analyzed and recommendations on improving the quality of the training are given.
