Становление концепции психологического обеспечения профессиональной деятельности

Abstract

The article discusses two research areas in foreign and domestic psychology which preceded the concept of psychological ensuring professional activity. Th e first one focuses on assessment of professionally important qualities at different stages of a professional way of a person, the second one — assessment of formation dynamics of professionals. The article reveals the essence of the concept of psychological ensuring of professional activity offered by G.S. Nikiforov in 1989. In addition, it sheds light on dissertation researches in which this concept acts as a methodological basis, and also some works in which it is employed to carry out a research on representatives of different professions. The article pays special attention to S.M. Shingayev’s work in which the given concept is realized for the first time to the full extent in terms of studying the issues of professional health of managers.

В статье обсуждаются два направления исследований в зарубежной и отечественной психологии, которые предшествовали оформлению концепции психологического обеспечения профессиональной деятельности. В первом случае речь идет об оценке профессионально важных качеств на разных этапах профессионального пути человека, во втором случае — о динамике становления профессионала. Раскрывается сущность концепции психологического обеспечения профессиональной деятельности, предложенной Г. С. Никифоровым в 1989 г. Рассматриваются диссертационные исследования, в которых эта концепция выступает в качестве методологической основы, а также работы, в которых она привлекается при изучении представителей различных профессий. Особо отмечается работа С. М. Шингаева, в которой данная концепция впервые в полной мере реализуется применительно к изучению вопросов профессионального здоровья менеджеров.
