The article analyzes the legislative stimuli from the point of views of an instrument for balancing and satisfying the interest of a socium member. The author justifies the thesis that incentive refers to the content of norm sanctions and investigates the institute of law favors.
В статье правовые стимулы законодательства рассматриваются с позиций инструмента согласования и удовлетворения интересов члена социума. Обосновывается тезис, что поощрение относится к содержанию санкций нормы. Исследуется институт правовых льгот.
